1. Nonlawyer Disclosure and Limitation of Services

Just Scale Group LLC (“the Company”) is a nonlawyer, non-attorney document preparation service that assists self-represented individuals in preparing legal documents based solely on the information provided by the client. The Company does not offer legal advice, interpretation, strategy, or representation in any form. None of the Company’s employees, agents, or representatives act as attorneys. Clients are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for any legal inquiries regarding their rights or strategies.

2. Purpose and Scope of Services

The Company provides clerical assistance, document preparation, and form completion services. The Company does not:

• Advise clients on which forms to file.
• Interpret statutes, rules, or case law.
• Represent clients in court or communicate with the court on their behalf.
• Guarantee any legal outcome or acceptance of documents by the court.

Clients are solely responsible for all decisions regarding the selection, filing, and use of documents.

3. Client Questionnaires

Documents are prepared exclusively from the information provided by clients through questionnaires, interviews, or written submissions. The Company does not verify, investigate, or correct any factual information. Clients are fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information.

4. Revision and Correction Policy

The Company will correct clerical or typographical errors attributable to its own oversight at no additional cost if reported within seven (7) days of document delivery. Revisions resulting from:

• New information.
• Changes in circumstances.
• Client-requested modifications.
• Errors stemming from client-provided information.

5. Turnaround Time

The standard preparation time for documents is 24–72 business hours following receipt of all necessary information and payment. Turnaround times may vary based on document complexity, volume, or client responsiveness. Work will commence only after all questionnaires, supporting documents, and payments are received.

6. Document Storage and Retention

The Company retains completed documents electronically for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. After this period, documents may be permanently deleted without further notice. Clients are responsible for downloading, saving, and maintaining their own copies.

7. Payments, Returned Payments, and Chargebacks

Payment is required in full before document preparation begins. In the event of a returned payment, chargeback, or reversed transaction:

• Services will be suspended immediately.
• A $35 returned-payment fee will be charged.
• No documents will be released until the balance is paid in full.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred for collection.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our document preparation services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion.

9. Court Filing Fees

Court filing fees are not included in the Company’s document preparation fees. All filing fees are separate and must be paid directly to the Clerk of Court at the time of filing. The Company does not collect, process, or remit filing fees on behalf of clients.

Clients acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all documents for accuracy prior to signing or filing.
• Filing documents with the appropriate court or agency.
• Monitoring deadlines, hearings, and case requirements.

11.Immigration Referral‑Based Assistance

Just Scale Group LLC does not provide immigration legal services or legal advice. All immigration‑related matters requiring legal interpretation, strategy, or representation are handled exclusively by licensed immigration attorneys and law firms within our referral network. Our role is limited to administrative support, including organizing client‑provided information and facilitating connections with qualified legal professionals. We do not guarantee outcomes, visa approvals, USCIS decisions, or the performance of any referred attorney or law firm. By using our services, you acknowledge that all legal guidance must come directly from a licensed immigration attorney. 

Business & Investor Visa Assistance Just Scale Group LLC does not provide legal services, legal strategy, or legal advice for business or investor‑based immigration matters, including but not limited to E‑2, EB‑5, L‑1, or related visa categories. All legal guidance, eligibility assessments, investment structure evaluations, and immigration strategies must be provided exclusively by licensed immigration attorneys and qualified legal professionals within our referral network. Our role is limited to administrative coordination and facilitating referrals to attorneys and approved professionals who handle these specialized visa categories. We do not guarantee visa approvals, investment outcomes, USCIS decisions, or the performance of any referred attorney, law firm, or investment partner. By using our services, you acknowledge that all legal and investment‑related decisions must be made in consultation with licensed professionals.

By engaging the Company’s services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer & Disclosure Statement.
